Your comments and suggestions will be heard and addressed, as that is our policy. We hope that you will speak to your Manager, our Human Resources Manager, or the Vice President of Billing Services, to let us know how we can further support you in the time that you continue to work here. You have stated that you still work at Digitech. We encourage questions and requests for further training, and purposely have the Managers and Trainers for each department sit with our Representatives to be ready to assist whenever needed. We provide full one-on-one training for every new employee, and the Managers or Trainers work with those employees until they feel they are ready to begin work on their own. And while we do have daily goals we all need to achieve, the intent is never to make any of our valued employees feel they are not appreciated. While we do need to address mistakes with our employees, we more often praise our employees for a job well done, and those positive comments are added to the employees’ files. It’s disheartening to hear about your experience at Digitech. We are happy when we see we have been a part of someone’s career journey. Because the company maintains an open-door policy with its employees, Digitech is a place where people feel comfortable expressing any concerns to management.Ĭongratulations on completing your nursing education. While there are over a hundred employees at our location, the partners know us all by our first names. I was impressed to find that all partners are completely hands-on, and a part of the daily work day. You will find Digitech to be a multi-cultural business, with many employees having another family member on staff, which reflects well on our work environment. I share my workday with other part-timers, as well as full-time working men and women. While I always meet the weekly number of hours committed to, the company affords me great flexibility in my schedule. I work in the collections department, and management recognizes my need to work a part time schedule as a full-time parent. With that growth comes opportunities for advancement. There are other places out there that will appreciate your knowledge and work ethic.ĭigitech is a unique, rapidly growing company, one that has come to dominate its own segment of the medical billing industry. If you are thinking about working there, just don't do it. When you spend all of your off time stressing out about your next work day, It can't be a good team to work for. I literally felt like they sucked the life out of me, and still wanted more. The pay was to low for what is expected of you. I was mentally and emotionally exhausted. Was not a friendly or inviting environment all around.Įven though the position was remote, I still had NO flexible schedule at all. There was NO positive acknowledgment for anything done well, but would take the time to target you out for something small. Supervisors should be your cheerleader, not your prison guard. The supervisors I worked under greatly attributed to that. No cheat sheets provided for the ENORMOUS amount of procedures that you are expected to just remember on a daily basis.Ī HIGHLY STRESSFUL, PRESSURED environment, like no other that I have EVER experienced in any workplace. They will tell you at the begiining that it's ok to ask questions, but make you feel stupid if you do. When I started, I was very excited at the thought of coming on board with this company.
